Terms & Scope of Work
1. Overview
This document outlines the scope and terms for the Ella CRM Calm Operational Package.
The purpose of this package is to streamline, consolidate, and optimise operational systems within Ella CRM, creating a structured and sustainable backend foundation for the client’s business.
By proceeding with payment and onboarding, the client confirms acceptance of the scope and terms outlined below.
2. What’s Included
The Calm Operational Package includes:
Audit of current systems and workflows
CRM structure setup within Ella CRM
Pipeline creation and optimisation
Email automation setup:
One (1) calendar booking workflow
One (1) funnel automation workflow
One (1) funnel build (freebie or other agreed offer), to include:
One (1) landing page
One (1) thank you page
Booking calendar setup (as agreed)
Branding palette setup within Ella CRM using client-supplied brand assets (colours, fonts, logos)
One (1) branded marketing email template designed for ongoing campaign use
Basic integrations within Ella CRM (standard native integrations only).
A video walkthrough will be provided showing how to connect platforms such as Stripe, Zoom and other standard integrations.
Testing of agreed workflows prior to handover
One (1) 90-minute handover walkthrough call with the team
Video tutorials and supporting resources for ongoing reference
Fourteen (14) days post-delivery support for bug fixes or clarification
All deliverables will be agreed in writing prior to implementation.
3. What’s Not Included
The following are not included unless explicitly agreed in writing:
Additional funnels, landing pages or automations beyond those listed above
Additional email templates beyond one branded marketing template
Copywriting (unless specifically agreed)
Graphic design or brand development work
Custom coding or advanced API integrations
Complex third-party platform troubleshooting
Ongoing admin, VA or campaign management services
Strategy or consulting outside the agreed operational scope
Course or product build (unless separately scoped)
Any additional work outside of the listed and agreed items will be quoted for separately.
4. Scope Control
This package is delivered based on the agreed scope at the commencement of the project.
If additional requests arise during delivery that fall outside of the agreed scope:
They will be clearly identified as out-of-scope
A separate quote will be provided
Work will only proceed once written approval is received
This ensures clarity, efficiency, and protection of delivery timelines.
5. Client Responsibilities
To ensure smooth delivery, the client agrees to:
Provide required access to Ella CRM and relevant platforms
Supply agreed assets (copy, brand assets, offer details, pricing, etc.)
Respond to communication within three (3) working days
Review and approve deliverables in a timely manner
Delays in receiving required materials may impact project timelines.
6. Timelines
Project timelines will be agreed prior to commencement.
Delivery timelines depend on:
Prompt access
Clear decision-making
Timely provision of required materials
Ella CRM is not responsible for delays caused by late approvals or incomplete information.
7. Payment Terms
Payment terms are as outlined in the proposal and invoice.
Work will commence once the agreed initial payment has been received.
8. Limitation of Responsibility
Ella CRM is responsible for the configuration and setup of systems within the agreed scope.
Ella CRM is not responsible for:
Third-party platform outages
Email deliverability fluctuations
Domain or sender reputation issues
Platform policy changes
Client misuse or alteration of systems after handover
9. Fees
The package includes 3 months access to Ella CRM. After that, you can choose to pay £75/month or £750/year.
Emails are charged at $10 (approx £7.50) for approx 14,100 emails
There are some AI features (AI Copywriting, AI Funnel help etc), that are completely optional, that can be purchased if you want them, starting at £0.04 per action.
10. Acceptance
By proceeding with payment and onboarding, the client confirms agreement to these terms and the outlined scope of work.
